If you meet the criteria listed below of either the Priority Group or Super Priority Group then you could receive FREE loft and cavity wall insulation. If not, you will still receive your insulation installed at a hugely subsidised rate.
   
Priority Group (in receipt of one of the following benefits to qualify)
- Over 70 years of age
- Attendance Allowance
- Income Support
- Council Tax Benefit (single person discount and student exemption do not qualify)
- Disability Living Allowance
- Disabled Persons Tax Credit
- Housing Benefit
- Child Tax Credit (household income must be less than £16,190 per annum)
- Working Tax Credit (household income must be less than £16,190 per annum)
- Income based Job Seekers Allowance
- War Disablement Pension**
- Pension Credit (state pension does not qualify)
- Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit (including Constant Attendance Allowance)
- Income related Employment Support Allowance
**must include Mobility Supplement or Constant Attendance Allowance.
Super Priority Group
In receipt of either:
- Pension Credit or
- Child Tax Credit (household income must be less than £16,190 per annum)
or
(in receipt of one of the income related benefits and also one of the qualifying components)

Qualifying Components
- Disabled Child Premium

- Parental responsibility of a child under the age of five who resides in the property
